Even if it's hard, or maybe even more then - Just do it!
Push and challenge yourself, find your weaknesses and work on them - without tries and failures you can't succeed. And if you really want something, you will get it - IF you're willing to work for it
Did lot's of my weaknesses this past Tuesday at the box - Body strength and control in the Roman Rings, Push Press strength complex for 5-5-5-5-5 and then Toes to bar (Toes to elbow for me) in the MetCon. I really suck at those things - but I enjoy the ride and all the small, small steps forward that I'm doing
